Overview
Context
Prime Football Academy is an Edmonton-based youth football academy dedicated to developing boys and girls ages 12–17. With expert coaches — including former NFL and CFL players — the academy offers camps and training programs built to nurture talent and foster a love for the game.
Problem
As a brand-new startup, Prime Football Academy had no online presence and no reliable way to reach parents and young athletes searching for youth football training in Edmonton. Without a website or digital marketing strategy, potential registrants had nowhere to learn about programs, meet the coaching staff, or sign up — leaving growth entirely dependent on word of mouth.
Solution
I delivered an end-to-end launch: a custom marketing website showcasing training programs, coach credentials, and a clear path to registration, paired with targeted marketing and an ongoing social media strategy to build awareness in the local youth sports community.
