Clipper Craft Barbershop opened its doors in Secord, a growing neighbourhood in West Edmonton. As a brand-new business in an area with no existing foot traffic, the owner needed more than just a website — he needed a full go-to-market strategy to put his shop on the radar of local residents and drive real bookings from day one.
Problem
Without an established reputation or walk-in base, the biggest challenge was visibility. The barbershop was new, the area was new, and potential customers had no reason to know it existed. Generic social posts or a bare-bones website were not going to cut it — the business needed targeted reach, fast.
